These terms and conditions apply to all work carried out by TrueBurn Heating & Gas.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey.
Additional work identified during installation may require a revised quotation.
Boiler Servicing
Boiler servicing is carried out in accordance with industry best practice and manufacturer
guidance where applicable.
A boiler service does not guarantee that future faults or breakdowns will not occur.
Any faults identified during servicing will be advised separately.
Installations
All installations will be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Manufacturer instructions and current regulations will be followed.
Installation warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit card or credit card.
Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to additional recovery costs and
statutory interest.
All inventory remains the possession of TrueBurn Heating & Gas until payment is made in full.
Customer Responsibilities
Safe access to the appliance must be provided.
Any known faults, defects or previous issues should be disclosed before work begins.
Pets and children should be kept away from the work area where possible.
Dogs are to be secured and put away for the duration of the visit. We reserve the right to cancel
an appointment if there is a dangerous dog on the premises.
Acceptable levels of hygiene are required at the property for services.
Liability
TrueBurn Heating & Gas holds appropriate public liability insurance.
Liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, shall incur 100% of the fee due.
Privacy
Customer information will only be used for the provision of services, legal compliance and
service reminders where applicable.
Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
